Terms and Conditions for Competition

1. Entry to the Quiz is open to only Kids from India.

2. This is a time-based quiz with all questions to be answered within the time & 3 Age categories (5 to 8 years, 8 to 13 years, 13 to 17+) kids are eligible to participate. There will be 5 subject Quiz on Maths, Science, English, G.K. & History and in all categories winner will be the one who can answer 100% questions accurately in minimum time. Please Note only one chance is given for each subject, If you retry, then child will be disqualified from the competition.

3. The organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

4. By entering the Quiz, the Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.

5. One participant will be eligible to participate only once. It’s a one time opportunity. Multiple entries from the same entrant will disqualify then from the competition.

6. You will be required to provide your child name, child Age, email address, Mobile number. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and also for receiving promotional content.

7. There will be no negative marking.

8. The quiz will start as soon as the participant Register.

9. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.

10. In case it’s detected that the participant has used unfair means to complete the quiz in unduly reasonable time, the entry may get rejected.

11. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
13. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible or incomplete.

14. BEST ACCURACY in all 5 subject quiz in less time and getting maximum votes , getting maximum share, likes & comments on child talent on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and website blog page.

15. Voters can register their vote by clicking on Vote button for the child whom you want to vote for and do remember to like/share and comment on the link of facebook , youtube, instagram and on website.

16. There will be a no limit on facebook, Instagram, Youtube or website blogs likes, comments, & share and all likes, comments & shares will be converted into votes as per contest rules , so a voter can give 4 votes for the child whom he or she is promoting, 1 like, 1 share, 1 comment, 1 vote on the link.

17. Any votes registered outside the announced voting times, which will be listed online, will not count.

18. This is a free competition and the prize will be there but the value of prize can vary from month to month. We reserve all the right to increase and decrease the value of prize (within voting period).

19. We reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this event at any time.

20. We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any on-line system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.

21. Competitions and votes are conducted in a way that is honest, open, fair and legal

22. We will use your personal data for purpose of running this event. We will complie with the laws. For more information on how we uses your information please refer privacy policy on our website.

23. Encourage friends and family to vote for your child! The voting process is simple and easy to access.

24. Final Votes = Votes + (Likes, comments & Shares) – (Each like, comment & share will be counted as a vote) so in total a voter can give 4 votes to any child whom he/she is promoting.

25. In the event of any disputes, the organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry and/or retract any award from the entrant. All decisions made by the Organisers are final and binding in all aspects relating to the Competition.

26. The decision of organizers will be final and binding on every participants concerned on all matters and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

27. Organizers reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these Rules without prior notice. It will be the duty of the Participants to check the campaign site from time to time for any updates/amendments/modifications etc.
